VP of Operations
The VP of Operations will continue and support the profitable growth of the company, as well as serve as a key member of the executive management team. He/She will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for all faucets of the company's clinic operations as well as be expected to provide both tactical and strategic leadership. Major responsibilities of the position include: • Provide/Drive both strategic and tactical planning/execution of the profitable expansion of the clinics/stores. • Establishing an effective organizational development plan. • Staff development, providing leadership and mentorship creating a positive learning environment. Providing a team-building environment. Managing the overall scheduling of the clinics. • Effective business negotiator, dealing with complex and sensitive issues.
COO
The Chief Operations Officer will ensure that all operations, policy and controls reflect “best practice” with respect to integrity, timeliness and efficiency. This includes building a strong and proactive infrastructure, which is capable of meeting the rapidly expanding needs of the company’s dynamic growth without compromising outstanding performance. The company’s priority for the future is to continue the profitable expansion of its core business and the pursuit of entrepreneurial growth opportunities in these markets through organic growth, acquisitions, strategic alliances and other arrangements. In collaboration with the other senior executives, the successful candidate will help lead the company in its effort to grow profitably on a national basis in light of attractive market demands in both existing and emerging marketplaces.
Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer will act as a “partner” to continue and support the profitable growth of the company, as well as serve as a key member of the senior management team. He/She will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for all Finance related-activities of the company, IT, Operations and will be expected to provide both tactical and strategic leadership.
VP Controller (CAO)
The Controller will contribute to the success of the organization by managing all aspects of internal and external financial reporting with overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting, and external audit compliance functions. As the right hand to the CFO this role will be responsible for leading the accounting organization and communicating financial results and opportunities to executive management. Success in this position will be dependent on several key factors: • Ability to attract, directly and successfully develop and lead a talented team of high-performing finance professionals in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment. • Ability to deliver on rigorous and quantifiable business objectives. • Ability to operate in a demanding environment which is based on both revenue growth requirements and tight and effective cost control. • Ability to act as an accounting expert not only for his/her technical knowledge but also overall financial and business judgment.
