Phase Two--Identifying Prospective Candidates and Companies
Research & Sourcing
A fundamental reality of the marketplace is that many top candidates are not reading the "help wanted" advertising in newspapers and on the Internet. We know how to approach the larger talent pool employing proven networking techniques.

Phase Three--Attracting The Identified Candidates
Recruiting
We market your opportunity to the targeted talented performers during this phase of the process. We "tap the shoulders" of potential candidates and tell them your story. Telephone & personal evaluation interviews are conducted to competitively compare and evaluate qualified candidates.

Phase Four--Referring The Best Candidates
Presentation of Search Results
The fourth phase entails drawing heavily on the years of experience developing our craft. Candidate evaluations are completed and the initial telephone and/or personal interviews are arranged with you. References checks are conducted and subsequent interviews arranged.

Phase Five--Hiring the Desired Candidate
Closure
This phase is the logical conclusion to the process. The client interviews candidates and a finalist is selected. Our third party perspective enables us to review the respective agendas and concerns of each party in a positive way. At this juncture we will mediate any “last minute details” and remove all obstacles to hire. We will extend offer, gain offer acceptance and set the start date. The Montlake Group stays involved and assists with the smooth transition of the new employee.
